As a Agent's Assistant - State Farm Agent Team Member for Adalie Allen - State Farm Agent, your creativity, and strategy promote the continued growth of our agency. Your diversified marketing shapes our brand’s public image and cultivates existing client relations. Your cross-functional campaigns will expand the value generated by producers, innovate our customers’ experience, and strategically position our agency… whether on social media or at community events!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Agent's Assistant - State Farm Agent Team Member for Adalie Allen - State Farm Agent, your creativity, and strategy promote the continued growth of our agency. Your diversified marketing shapes our brand’s public image and cultivates existing client relations. Your cross-functional campaigns will expand the value generated by producers, innovate our customers’ experience, and strategically position our agency… whether on social media or at community events!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with the agent to help manage the website and social media content.
- Work with the agent to identify and support local community events.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
- Work with the agent to develop and maintain a digital marketing system to promote the office.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Marketing experience preferred
- Proficient in social media, website, and email content generation (i.e. Canva)
- Self-motivated
- People-oriented
- Creative in problem-solving and goal achievement
- Excellent in collaborative communication with team members and customers

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

- Our office is located in Monroe County.
- Our office is open Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
- I am a second generation State Farm agent.
- I am a proud graduate of the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
- We currently have 4 team members at our agency.
- We have 20 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
- Our agency has received awards including: Ambassador Travel
