ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member with Adalie Allen - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Take into consideration that this position requires 2 years of experience with Adalie Allen State Farm, and a Property & Casualty and Life & Health License.

DUIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the customer service team and daily operations.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and issues.
- Train and mentor customer service representatives.

Compensation: $50,000.00 per year

- Our office is open Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
- I am a second generation State Farm agent.
